Project

Based on cloud architecture, combined with training and consulting, the solution was implemented through direct action in the cloud, migrating the productivity interface and ensuring accessibility for everyone in the institution. Working together with IT and Operations Management, training and certifications contributed to raising awareness about architecture design and necessary resources.

Challenge

With over 20 years of experience, the Brazilian Institute of Education, Development and Research (IDP) offers a wide range of over 500 courses, establishing itself as one of the most renowned higher education institutions in Brazil. The project's challenge was to optimize the use of the cloud and infrastructure, seeking to reduce costs, considering that they are fundamental inputs for the institution.

Result

We supported IDP by working directly on its cloud strategy. So far, we have achieved a 40% cost reduction in the cloud. In addition, we were successful in migrating the productivity and sharing interface to Microsoft 365, ensuring access for everyone in the institution. In addition to these achievements, we implemented training and certifications, promoting the use of innovations such as IoT, AI and Digital Twins, which are now part of the institution's reality.

The Brazilian Institute of Education, Development and Research (IDP) is one of the most renowned higher education institutions in Brazil, with over 20 years of history and a wide range of over 500 courses. Since 2018, IDP is a client of CrazyTechLabs, which provides support in licensing, cloud, infrastructure consulting, cloud architecture, training and consulting.

In partnership, we optimized the use of cloud and infrastructure, resulting in a significant cost reduction of 40% and in the migration of the productivity and sharing interface to Microsoft 365.

We faced challenges such as monitoring consumable expenses, fundamental for IDP operations. We worked in close collaboration with IT and operations management, offering training and certifications, awareness and architecture actions to ensure the best use of resources in the cloud.

CrazyTechLabs also promotes innovation initiatives, bringing students closer to real projects and events to promote the use of technology. Our commitment is to continue improving our services alongside IDP, driving innovation in the institution.
